With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to round-up my favorite recipes! All of which are perfect for a cozy homemade brunch at home or even breakfast in bed. I’ve grouped everything into categories to make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Of course these aren’t recipes exclusive to sharing only with mom. Be sure to spoil the loved one in your life with a personal touch to show them just how much you truly care.

All of which I know I would love to eat, hopefully the loved one you’re celebrating will too. It’s worth noting that all of these recipes are gluten-free, oil-free and most require less than 30 minutes to make. Lots of delicious no-bake treats as well if you’re in a hurry!
